When you open an account on rumahplay, you enter into a service agreement with us. This agreement covers how we operate the platform, what we require from you, and what happens if either party breaches the terms. We keep our terms plain and direct; they reflect our actual practices rather than generic boilerplate copied across gaming platforms. This page sets out our core policies on account creation, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, disputes, and jurisdiction.

You waive the right to pursue class-action lawsuits; disputes are resolved on an individual basis.
